Two things Bliggy,

May and June saw the world cup, a time when ALL sales drop in Europe.
Nobody is out playing videogames. Plus June was the HOTTEST ON RECORD
for us here.

Who the hell will go out and spend money on videogames when they are
outdoors playing football, or watching the world cup on TV?

Europe has much more liberal vacation policies than the United States
or Japan, it's not unusual for a sales drop during those months.

Hardly a surprise. Everyone here in Europe is off travelling on their
summer holidays throughout June and August. When they're not actually
'on' holiday they're saving for it or paying off their credit card! Plus
I never done anything in June other than watch the world cup on TV. I
even took a fortnight off work to watch it...And I certainly wasn't
alone in that.

Hehe, look at the numbers, Jackass. The huge drop was from the first
quarter, Jan-Feb-Mar to Apr-May-Jun. Europe goes on vacation in August.
The even bigger drop from the 2nd quarter to the end of the 3rd quarter
won't even show up until the end of September. It always cracks me up
the excuses you xflop fanbitches come up with. Oh, the supply wasn't
there to meet the demand, oh, the retailers screwed up the
distribution, oh, there was a big traffic jam that prevented people
from rushing down to buy a xflop 3-shitty, oh, a UFO picked up all the
available xflop 3-shitty inventory -- but that still counts as shipped.
The numbers don't lie, the xflop 3-shitty sales are declining. There
are seasonal declines after the holiday season, declines during the
summer lull, but these are general, overall declines, not huge,
disastrous declines. The trend for the xflop 3-shitty is that there was
a blip from launch to the end of the holiday season, and it has been
downhill from there. The difference is the xflop 3-shitty is supposed
to be a NEXT-GEN system. The fact is that it is not exciting enough to
overcome a widespread view that it is *NOT* next-gen enough to actually
own. Try to understand the basics of the console business and what it
means to numbers and types of titles and overall success.

Hehe, look at the facts Bilgecunt, - August is NOT the month that
europe goes on holiday. Europe is a union of 25 countries, - of whom go
on holiday from the begining of June throuygh to the end of august.
Some countries take all of July off, some take all of August off, we
have different cultures.

The UK for example, has a very free attitude towards holidays, mostly
these are taken between june and september.

Also, in europe, the world cup is far bigger than in the US, and
virtually everything stops when a match is on.

So, buying videogames is not going to be a priority.

You can spin it anyway you like, but you end up looking like more of an
