I am over half way through HL2 and got a new comp. Which files can I copy
over to the new one to continue playing so I don't have to start over?
Thanks

Copy all files and sub-folders inside your ..\Steam\SteamApps directory
- that includes all files ending in .GCF (These are important, because
without these you will be in for a very long download session), also
copy the folder of the name of your Steam Login ID - this folder
contains all custom maps, configs, sounds, models, and save games.
