Colosseum (and XD: Gale of Darkness) is actually for the GameCube, but the
Wii can play them. The only Pokemon game for the Wii that immediately comes
to mind is Battle Revolution, and it's not quite as good. Colosseum and XD
both have a story, whereas Battle Revolution doesn't. I also don't like the
graphics. The Pokemon look like plush animals to me in Battle Revolution,
but are more life like in Colosseum and XD. All three of these games do
support multiplayer, but Colosseum and XD have better single-player modes.

Battle Revolution does have a few advantages over Colosseum and XD. The
best feature is probably the on-line play, allowing you to connect and
battle friends over the internet. This you can do in Diamond and Pearl, but
in Battle Revolution you can do it in 3D. Also unlike Diamond and Pearl,
you can customize your trainer's costumes and battle phrases. Customization
is a tad limited, though, and the costumes are specific to certain model
types, so you may have to unlock them multiple times to get them on more
than one model. You can also rent Pokemon, but unlike the Stadium games for
the N64 you have to rent them in preset teams.

As far as I know, those are the only Pokemon Games available for the Wii.
The next closest thing will be Super Smash Bros. Brawl, but it won't be out
until February. It's a fighting game featuring many of Nintendo's top
characters and retro favorites, and has Pikachu, Charizard, Ivysaur, and
Squirtle as playable characters.
