need more vampires (trivial spoiler)

I got guild kicked from the mages because I killed some guy. Now I need to
get back on their good side by gathering materials. I have PLENTY of daedra
hearts, but I need more vampire dust. The bloodworks is cleared and
respawns are coming very slowly. I need 5 more. There was also a cave to
the north that I once cleared for a quest, but it doesnt seem to respawn.
Anywhere else I could look?

There are some vampires in the ruins across the water from the sewer exit
(the one you leave the tutorial from).
