When you first contract vamparism you have 3 DAYS to get a cure disease
potion or get yourself to a chapel. Once yuo notice smoking you are
ALREADY beyond where a potion or chapel can help you. You are FULL
Vampire. The % your talkinga bout is your vampire level and it has to
do with how long you've gone since feeding. The more often you feed
the more normal you will seem to thers (and the more you'll be able to
tollerate sun).
The ONLY way to "roll back" is to load a save before the three day
period was up and get yourself toa temple PRONTO. The altar at the
center will cleanse you. After that.. The only thing to do is the cure
quest.
