urinating in Ultima VII?

I was reminiscing about Ultima this morning and reading through the info on
Wikipedia, when I came across this line on the page for Ultima VII, under the
Technical heading:

"The Avatar and his companions will complain of hunger pains and severe thirst,
and will even die if these matters are not attended to properly. If they come
across a disgusting or gruesome scene, they may groan, vomit, and/or urinate."

Urinate? I remember seeing players vomit and complaining about feeling sick, but
I don't think I ever saw someone urinate. Is this for real? Who does it and
where?
