where is cullen smyth? - I finished the Heart of Sephucoth quest, and I've read the apple brandy he drops belongs to Cullen Smyth in another quest. Where is Cullen Smyth?

Taunting shout? - Besides the visual effects, what does the taunting shout do?

There were some problems in getting the patch functioning properly I
believe, so it took longer than usual.
