Post subject: ultima ascension

I can't find the 1st rune....I have done the shrine of compassion, I am
supposed to have a rune ...
A cheat says it is a bug in the game, and sometimes it is above you and you
can jump and catch it or whatever
But this rune is just not on the screen, anywhere
Advice required pse

*nods* It can be quite high up indeed... one can need to balance several
objects on each other in order to get to it.

What do you mean, the sigil ???
I went back to the village, found I had advanced a level etc etc.....

New to these games....
I went back to the shrine and picked up the rune and heart....I thought you
were supposed to leave them there, they were just sitting on the shrine..
I was getting confused between this and binding spells at the pentagram I
think..
What is the sigil though ??
And is there a quick way to "quit" rather than scroll the journal ?

The sigil is an object strongly tied to each virtue. For compassion, it's
the Heart of Compassion.
You'll find out what the other sigils are as you go along. You'll need a
glyph and a sigil to fix a shrine.
As for quitting quickly... I don't have the game installed right now, but I
don't remember it as being a hassle to quit the game. There's prolly a
CTRL+Q or a CTRL+X command or something.
Or check your default.xxx file (can't remember the extension for it, hence
the xxx) for shortcuts.
