Contact NovaLogic for new serial, you may have to show proof of

Its not unheard of for unsavory folks to go into PC stores and steal serial
keys from new games. Then put the back on the shelves. Someone may have done
this and is currently using that key. Therefore Nova thinks you may be the
one who shouldn't be using it. Contact Nova, show them proof of purchase and
they will work something out for you.

Hello,
I have contact Novalogic USA, they advice me to contact UK Support.
I bougth this game in a good shop. The package wasn't already open.
Anyway, Novaworld, don't tell me, serial alredy use, but serial
mistake.
I hope a issue this week.

Check out NOVA's website. Some CD keys were stolen... They should be able
to help you out

Answer is simple. CD key generator happened that someone downloaded came up
with his key and that person is using it.

The exact same thing happened to a friend of mine. NovaLogic UK told
him to return it to the retailler as faulty for an exchange. The (very
obliging) store manager gave him a new copy once he'd explained the
