I am trying to turn on Tranphase World Crusher, I have over 400K MC
(extra) in my upper bank and for the last 2 turns, I tried to get
Tranphase World Crusher with no luck. I am playing the Aczanny but I
could not fine anywhere that my race cannot have that Exotic Teck. Can
anyone help me out?
