need an out of town buyer (semi-spoilers)

I completed the final thiefs quest and recieved the cowl. 200 feather is
just what I needed to haul more loot! However when I wear it I'm wanted,
and the guards seem to be able to spot me easily even with 89 sneak. So
with it on I cant go to town, and with it off I'm overburdened. Right now
my only option is to drop stuff and make several trips to town. Thats kind
of tedious. I'm way too unskilled to think about casting feather. The only
out of town buyer I've found is in kvatch and only has 200G max. Is there
any other way?

Probably a bit of a cheat (OK maybe a big one but I can justify it, I
swear!)

I use the saddle bag/call horse combined mod. So I leave a dungone,
put all my loot into saddle bags, take off that trade mark cowl and
head to the Imperial City. I go to the theives guild and call my
horse. (See horses aren't allowed in town but there is a paint horse
that hangs out in the waterfront so the guards must be lax there... )
Park him by the guild door and pop in and out with your loot, selling
to Fathis inside.

Works well for me, but it IS a bit of a cheat. :\ The other way I've
done it is to use just hte saddle bags and make lighter trips into
town.
