tanking template ...

Hi all !
Ok, I DO know there are thousands of links here and there on that point, but
i still want youy opinion !

Not 60 yet, but i hope soon and thinking in a small rebuild of my template.

My goal for the moment is to be able to tank in then 10 men groups.
And I'm not ready for really HL instances.

I prepared two templates, please tell me what you thing.

OK, so what are your opinions ?
In fact, I've played with Improved Rend / Deep Wounds since almost the
beginning, and it does proc very often.
This is why I'd lova to keep it.
Plus, I'm wondering how many points are really worth investing in Tactical
Mastery, is rank 2 enough ?
In my template 2, I could switch a few points to arms (2 not more as I want
the 31 ShieldSlam) to more tactical mastery.

I had a spec similar to your first build, fun for raids, absoloutly horrible
when raisin cash solo.
Since rebuilding for pvp arms / fury ive done a couple of raids, and to be
honest i did ok.
The big thing is to accept your not dps, put the big 2h away and accept you
use a board.

Tactical mastery, i couldnt imagine not having this maxed personally.

Personally i think it should be a passive for say 10-15 rage allowing people
to ignore arms if they
really want to.
