Whats your opinion on what my first talent path to pick for a lvl
15'ish Warrior (horde)?

My first thought is somewhere in Arms, since my main focus right now is
leveling faster, and I just want stronger attacks. I waited to have
over 5 points so I can easily tell the difference... Also I never
understood how the talents points worked, once your spend them, they
can't be unlearned and used elsewhere, right?

Thanks

At a cost of 1, 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, ... 50 gold per respec. It caps at
50 gp.

Interesting... so the first "mistake' I correct will cost me only 1
gold.... but after each one, each new "mistake" will cost 5 more than
the prev? So if I want to move 5 points away from protection (for
whatever reason) it will cost 1+5+10+15+20=51 gold pieces!

Also specificlly with Arms talent should I do first? (again my goal is
to level fast and easily)

Arms. Keep building Arms until you get Mortal Strike.

They can be unlearned and respent from scratch, but at a cost of gold.

Each time you respec, you get ALL your points back. You don't pay
for each talent point individually.

Put 5 points into Fury for the improved crit percentage and 5 into
arms for the 5% parry. At that point it really depends on whether you
want to use a 2 hander or dual wield for leveling. The arms tree is
set up for 2 handed weapons, fury for dual wielding.

Personally, I think Fury is better for early leveling, you get more
useful talents early on in the tree while Arms is all about it's 31
point talent, Mortal Strike. Once you get to lvl 40, seriously
consider a respec to 31 Arms and Mortal Strike. With a good 2 hander,
it's a nice leveling build at that point.
