Here's a cool duel deck I made:

Affinity deck

LANDS (16)
------------------
4 Island
4 glimmer void
4 Seat of the Synod C
4 Vault of Whispers C

CREATURES (17)
------------------
2 ornithopter
4 frogmite
4 myr enforcer
4 mycosynth golem
2 brood star
1 quicksilver behemoth

OTHERS (27)
------------------
4 serum powder
4 sol ring
2 spellbook
3 welding jar
4 tooth of chiss goria
4 cranial plating
2 mantle of paradise
2 innocent's blood
2 lightning greaves

Here's how it work
1. Make sure you have your serum powders well spread in your deck, it's the
base of the deck, Make sure you have at least one in your first hand, else
it doesn't really work.
2. Here's how the mulligan becomes cool, If you have a serum powder, use
it's ability to mulligan, you should end up with 13 cards in your hands, 15
if you didn't begin. If you have another one, mulligan again, you should
end up with 18 or 21 cards.
3. Turn 1, here's where the strategy comes in. Most of the card's casting
cost is either 0 or it has affinity to artifact. So basically, you can play
up to a dozen cards on turn 1. Your opponent will freak out (I have seen it
using a proxy ^_^). You can even play big creatures like the myr enforcer
or the mycosynth golem. Sol ring are the early mana giver for cranial
platings and lightning greaves...
4. Turn 2, if you're lucky, you can take out a broodstar with something
like 2 blue mana, some things are especially prepared for the lack of lands
like the paradise mantles. If you can, start taking him down ASAP.
5. Turn 3. Kill him... period.

Any comments? How could I make this deck even more efficient?

Um. How, exactly, do you think you're doing this? Have you -read- Serum Powder?

Serum Powder 3 Artifact
Tap: Add 1 to your mana pool. / Any time you could mulligan and ~ is in your
hand, you may remove your hand from the game, then draw that many cards. (You
can do this in addition to taking mulligans.)

This does NOT say "draw as many cards as are already in your hand". This also
does not say "Remove ~ from the game, then draw as many cards as remain in
your hand". This says "Remove _your hand_ from the game, then draw that many
cards". If you had seven cards in hand, one or more of which were Serum
Powders, you remove ALL OF THEM from the game, then draw seven cards. If you
mulliganed before that, you'll have less than seven cards in hand, so will end
up with only that many cards.

Also, you may severely misunderstand what a Paris mulligan is; it means you
_shuffle your hand into your deck_, then draw that many cards minus one. It
does NOT have anything happen like "leave your cards in hand where they are
and draw that many more minus one".

>Any comments? How could I make this deck even more efficient?

You, er, might try reading what the card you think you're basing your strategy
on actually -does-.

Or as we like to call it, "cheat".

No, that isn't how Serum Powder works,

Well, learning the rules would be a start.

I also note he advises you to "make sure you have your serum powders
well spread in your deck." In other words, he's advising you to
stack your deck.
