Yet perfectly in line with previous CItadel Vampire concepts:

"I'm rushing in just as fast as this ridiculous costume will allow!"
and, "Undeath is boring *and* causes chronic digestive distress."

It's the "undead, yet still keen on chapeaux" theme that's off.
They should wear an air of eldritch menace, not party hats.
Undead have come a long way from The Munsters, though.

Too bad it's the wrong direction.
