Just got a slimline ps2 for x-mas..just ran into a minor p..

My playstation 2 games play just fine..Im just bougfht crash 1 and 2 for the
ps1...When i play crash 2 it looks like your watching a tv through a tv (for
example the infobot segments on ratchet and clank only not as bad) before
the gameplay..after a few levels it gets better ..CRASH 1 has those line in
the game too but not as bad as crash 2...i can remember using a playstation
1 and these games were crystal clear..does the slimline have issues with
some older games? is there a fix?TIA

Have you tried changing the options? There is an option for faster loading
and slightly improved graphics, but both can cause problems.

Pick version (triangle), then pick playstation driver
