Why not? If it is only a 1 or 2 minute cooldown it wouldn't be too
much hardship to do a couple of these transmutes before doing your
daily 23-hr transmute. I used to do this with Heart of Fire to
Elemental Fire, carry a few Hearts around while grinding and transmute
one every now and then, and then do an Arcanite.

My wife has suggested that'd she'd gladly give up her second primary
profession for the ability to take two Alchemy Masteries.

I meant Blizz would prolly make it share the same 23 hr as my Primal
Earth to Water. Obviously, if it was a 1 minute cd, I'd be free to use
it in many different ways.

I think I'd prefer Master Transmuter to produce a guaranteed quantity
of extras, like specialising in Primal Mooncloth or whatever does.

I've been transmuting earth->water for two weeks and had 2 procs of
+2. I can only do it once per day.

Potions specialists can make as many as they want all the time..bah.
