Is this a console game? The website didn't mention what platform. It isn't
based on the GTA engine is it?

What version did you play? I'm playing it on Very High settings on my 20
month-old X800, and there are three levels below that.

The real problem is memory. Going from 1 to 2 GB helped, but it still
stutters sometimes when it accesses the hard drive. There are no levels:
it loads sections of the single (huge) map as it needs them,
unfortunately not totally transparently.

Many reviews were written on the very buggy original version. The
current version is a world away. Still a few problems, but no show
stoppers. I'd recommend it.

I agree. Storywise it is no match for Bloodlines but in other aspects it's
the only other game that came near to the idea of a non-linear, RPG quest
driven FPS in modern times.

Reinstalling your OS deletes your browser bookmarks?

Sheesh, i've still got bookmarks kicking around from the win95 days.

Even if you do the exceptionally strange "I must wipe the drive clean to
install OS" routine, you could still export and save the bookmarks
first.
