Crazy Taxi is a nightmare with the standard DC controllers. I'm hurt.

I suggest practicing some fine muscle control and learn to stop
squeezing the controller while you play. If you pretend for a moment
that it's an old NES controller and hold it losely the way you had to
hold that controller, then you'll likely feel less discomfort. Of
course, there is such a thing as extended playing time causing pain,
which you just can't get around. Wink
