shaman talent tree

I'm trying to go resto to be an instance healer and just hit 28. I was
focusing on talents that reduced mana cost and heal-casting time. Now I
need to go research them all again. And I've got about 8 active toons in
all different classes, so I've got my work cut out for me.

i threw 38 in elemental and 13 in enhance. i really wanted flurry but
had to go without

Don't bother going the healer route till you're past lvl 50. For
leveling enhancement or elemental are the best trees. The only thing to
go for in the restoration tree, is the interuption reducement for
healing spells (it'll be the life saver both soloing and in instances).
