Server Maintenance - WoW reserves a downtime slot once a week. Why does CoH/CoV have to reserve a spot every morning? I remember being irritated by this when I was playing last year before giving WoW a try. I'd think the load is higher on the WoW..

Every server. It's the side-effect of a bad case of altitis. I had to
explore almost everything about the game.
My sig hits the highlights, but I have twice this many heroes (and even a
few villains courtesy of christmas).
I notice minor character have levels they top off at. 2 (if I build one
just to build one), then 5-6 (if I play it for a few hours), then the
mid-teens. The teens are the tough levels. If the hero gets past the
mid-teens they're cruising.

Virtue here, the unofficial RP server of old 
My new main (almost all my characters become 'main' at one point or
another) is a Merc/Poison mastermind lvl 37. Other chars are 25
dominator Plant/Psio and 20 corruptor Sonic/dark in the villain side,
also a 37 fire/dev blaster long retired and a 37 ice/storm controller
(my official CoH main at the moment, though haven't played him since I

I have just moved from UK to New Zealand, bought CoV to add to my CoH
account and had to drop my European account where Ennil Pwysau was my level
39 Dark/Invul scrapper, Wicca a level 28 emp/energy defender and Winters a
level 21 ice/ice blaster. On the other English speaking euro-server, Wicca
was a level 22 fire/fire blaster and Ennil Pwysau a level 16 dark/regen
scrapper.
Currently playing on Pinnacle.
Punch Lev 17 Dark/Dark Scrapper
Ennil Pwysau Lev 16 grav/emp Controller
Scraps, Lev 21 energy/energy Brute
Wren, Lev 13 fire/thermal Corruptor
Venery Level 10 dark/dark Corrputor
Also if you see a Wicca, Vital or Dr Hasbeen around, they're mine, just
haven't made the characters to match the names yet. Dr Hasbeen has been a
level 16 stalker, he quit that career to be a rad/rad corruptor, and I think
he is currently a grav/psi dominator. Wicca is always a hero, often a
defender; Vital is almost always an energy/? blaster/corruptor.
So own up, who else makes characters and leaves them sat just to hold a
name? Punch, Ennil Pwysau and Wicca I have had on several servers so far and
not got out the tutorial, though Pinnacle is my only server since moving to
the USA servers.

LOL, I've had 2 character names that i've had since CoH release, Acid Reign,
and Razor Burn. Neither of these toons have ever gotten past lvl 20 as of
yet.

I STILL don't understand why you'd have to switch servers.. It's the internet.. It's not like access to the other ones is being blocked by someone in NZ to get you
