Myst on Linux - Anyone ever managed to get Myst i.e. the very first one, to run on Linux. First started playing the game years ago on a clapped out box running Win 98 which kept on crashing. I then installed Linux and have not been able to get Myst running using Wine.

Haven't found any - the pictures seem integrated into the savegame
files. What works is displaying an individual pic in the viewer,
pressing PrtSc, then pasting into e.g. PaintShop or another app.

Start Windows Explorer then start Myst IV and load the game you've taken
the pictures within. Press ALT+Tab to switch to Win Explorer and look in
the folder myst4-revelation savegames\journal - the pictures appear as
JPG as long as the game is running in the background.

Thanks. I did just that. The pictures look really nice. I love that
feature. After playign the game only 2 hours i took about 80 pictures
lol. Some of them look really real.
