Any rules.ini file for C&C 3 Tiberium Wars?

I really loved the rules.ini files for the earlier versions of C&C. That
file let you configure your weapons, and troops so you could win even hard
levels. I hope there will be a rules ini file for this one. Smile

they changed everything to xml files from what I've heard, makes the game
load faster. I'd love to even be able to play online let alone edit the
files to change units...have yet to play a full game w/o getting
disconnected.
