I think there are some quests which should have led you to UC. And
somewhere in UC you will find someone with quests leading you to
Silverpine. Also someone (I think Varimathras) should have a quest for
RFC which leads you to Orgrimmar and thus Durotar and the Barrens.

The Barrens is why i have only lvld one orc and no trolls, and my orc i
sent to tirisfall as soon as i could lol.

The quest is given by an NPC in brill. Quest giver is next to the
alchemy trainer if i remember correctly

It's worth doing both the Barrens and Silverpine, but if I had to pick
one I'd pick Silverpine. There's not nearly as much running to get to
your quest objectives, simply because the zone is more compact. It's
one of the coolest zones too. The 1st time you spot a Son of Arugal
lumbering nearby and soil your armor is a magic moment.
