Post subject: problem with GTA SA controls

The mission Nines and AKs tells you to use the mouse wheel up and down
to cycle through targets, locked on. Does this work for anyone?
Normally mouse wheel picks radio stations or weapons, when I do it
with the gun aimed, it does nothing.

There is no locking on or cycling through targets in the PC version. I
presume the message was left in by mistake when they converted the console
version.

I can lock on and cycle through targets with my USB gamepad in the PC
version. Never used the mouse myself, so I can't help much there.
