Hi!

This card was spoiled yesterday in the Insanity games magazine of South
Africa:

Expiate
Unique Master
1 pool
Put this card any ready vampire and put three counters on this card.
During your untap phase, remove a counter. If you cannot remove a
counter, burn that vampire. That vampire may burn this card as a +1
stealth action. Only one Expiate may be played per game.

Rarity: R

The rest of the article was nothing new, just basically the spoiler
text and a bit about hunters/ the Imbued (From the sourcebook)

Yah thats not anywhere near the ludicrousness of Pox Fly. Thats
actually pretty balanced, only one can be played per game and you have
to block them for 3 rounds before they burn.

But don't you think this is relevant, from the sig: "Its almost like the
date: nobody ever really
realizes what date it is." ?

Sure. But what the heck is "insanity" magazine? And who is Ezikiel More
Dick? I've never seen him post before.

I don't think this is a gag on the part of White Wolf. I think it is a
gag on the part of some wise-en-himer posting a goofy card on April
Fool's Day. I mean, like, I could be wrong. But it seems more likely
I'm not.

I dunno, those foreign magazines tend to have pretty accurate spoilers.

No guys, it was generally intended as a joke. Wanted to make it
believable by adding foreign name, magazine, and 'almost' believeble
card even though you know it's a fake.
I thought the date in the signature would've made it pretty clear, and
that it was not White Wolf.

Oh well, my bad. Hope at least someone got a laugh.

Cheers, EM.
PS. Whats the story with Pox Fly?
