has anyone here played IVM CE ?

The game is a space sim described this way:

"This is a space simulation game, where you are the ship commandant.
Here you have to fight against natural elements, trade between

I downloaded IVM CE from fileplanet. I attempted to play it, but I
couldn't get past the initial screen.

The "CE" in the title suggests that it is for Windows CE, but according
to another download site, it is playable on Windows 9x/ME/NT
3.x/NT/XP/2000

Anways, I haven't played it but was looking for a review of it from
someone here.

*Caution: The game does not have an uninstaller and when you use
Windows add/remove function, you face the dilemma of whether to removed
shared components. I just left on my computer the ones that were
potentially shared.
