I got my mod from another source because when I clicked on the link to
download it, I was directed to a page that charges $3.33 to $6.95 a
month (depending on the plan) for a membership registration. I just
checked, and the link still takes me to that page.

Unless there's more than one File Planet.

click on "Register". You enter a user name and password and you're in.

The first time I went to their site it appeared that currncy was
involved in the process. It just appears that way. Sign up. Find it.

In one of my games I made a Feather + something ridiculous potion so I
could carry obscene amounts of gear and dropped enough stuff here that
it was difficult to see it all. The game visibily went slower at this
location!

Another good place is in Creeper's house especially on the beds.
