Can't see names below me, see ping of 30.

Every time I join a game in zone.com I see the people
above my name but I may not see the people below me, all
I can see are the pings of these people which they all
are 30. After this, the game cannot be launched and I end
up getting booted out of the room. Any help will be
greatly appreciated.

There might be a firewall at your Internet Service Provider,
installed on your computer, or built into your Router/Modem.
