phost give command and starbase build

Hi,

you first build the base then give away the planet with base intact.
Excerpt from the phost documentation

move cargo into transporters. Most command messages are executed.
Starbases are built.

I had found:
"Starbases are less recognisable as being clientside than structures. If
you build a factory, it's there immediately and the used resources are
gone immediately. With a starbase, it's slightly different. The
resources are gone immediately, but the base isn't there yet. It is
however one of the first things done by the host program."

but I wasn't sure if the build would maybe be cancelled by the give
command.
