I am looking for an existing Hero System game group. Specifically, I am
looking to play in a Champions (Hero 5 supers) game and possibly run a
Star Hero (Hero 5 space fantasy) game. I like to alternate playing and
GMing, if possible. I live in Portsmouth and I work in Suffolk, but I am
willing to drive a moderate distance.
I am a heavy-duty Champions player from years back, although I have
mainly been playing Vampire, D&D, or Over the Edge in face-to-face games
for the past few years. (I have been playing Hero System based games by
email all that time, but that's not really the same thing. PBEM games
have a whole different dynamic.)
I would prefer to play with grown-ups, and with a minimum of house rules
(I find I have much less interest in mechanical fiddling than I used to,
and Hero System 5 has been playested enough to be worth playing as-is).
