Ranger/Paladin balance = When you look at what the Ranger gets in terms of mage
spells vs what a Paladin gets. Rangers get more utility spells than a mage,
but lose some of the higher attack spells but make up for it in fighting and
bows. A Paladin gets both utility and heal/combat spells reduced vs a priest,
a Paladin gets no spells a priest can't unlike a Ranger to a mage.

Scrolls should probably weigh less.

Bring back bash for warriors against monsters. If it still works I havent
figured out how too.

Special recharge scrolls to make staff/wand immune from draining effects of like
a Lich.

Make hit dice mean something. Take a dwarf warrior at 20 hit dice vs a gnome
mage at 8. Dwarf averages 10 hit points a lvl and gnome 4 so you would think a
dwarf would have 2x more hitpoints in the end vs the gnome mage. Take the
ladder for example Rezi gnome mage 888 hitpoints vs Wally Dwarf fighter at
1152. Only a 264 hitpoint difference far from the 2x hitpoints each characters
hitdice would suggest.

Not true. Assuming they are both max level, you would expect a difference of 50
x (10-4) = 300 hp which is not that far off 264. The rest of the hp is made up
of CON bonuses.
