Sounds like a deal. Someone just explain what "OOTB" means, and I'm
good to go.

Inquisitor for WFB? I have nearly 4000 points of Dwarfs, I can't think of
anything a bit Inquisitorial about any of them.

Don't they have any models with fluffy pillows?

How about one with a moustache? Anyone with excess upper lip hair should be
eyed with suspicion, lest they be minions of the overseers (ginger and full
goatees excepted, although full Bellamy beards should be inspected closely
for hidden pictograms, small creatures, and the remains of yesterday's roast
boar).

The softest thing dwarfs have is beer and even that will put lead in your
pencil.

Out Of The Box, would be my guess.

Nah, nothing to do with Necrons.

I never thought about it before, but maybe Obelix is a member of the Gaul
Inquisition. Fluffy pillow inside his clothes, evil moustache ... damn, I
think you're onto something there (not withstanding the tall pyramid topped
pillar)! Could Asterix be a Callidus using polymorph? Nobody could really be
that short (well, other than the aforementioned Dwarfs ...)

OOTB is a modeling term meaning "Out Of The Box".

It's a reaction to kits having more aftermarket add-ons than original
parts, and is pretty well-known within the scale modelling community.
For example, for tanks, it's not uncommon to add a turned barrel, full
photo-etch detailing, workable metal track set, resin wheels & idlers,
resin accessory set, full interior (gun, engine, & transmission), plus
lots of scratch. At that point, all that's left of the original kit is
the basic hull.

Besides the cost issue, it's hell on any sort of standardization of a
single kit challenge.

So OOTB appeared as a sort of "back to basics" contest that anybody can
enter.

does this mean no metal shoulderpads? (ie: the ones with the chapter
and squad type badges already on them?)
