Post subject: Which order do I download in?

I'm an ex-TTDL addict. I played it for hours and hours a day....but then
stopped (as you do).
Since then, I've got a Win XP machine and TTDL doesn't work as I've
discovered from the various sites on the net.
However, there are patches out there - and a there's that many I don't know
where to start.
Can someone tell me what I need to to from installing TTDL on my Win XP
machine - which patches I need to get it working, which order I need to run
them in, and the URLs? Otherwise I'm struggling where to start trying to
patch it up!

Only one : www.ttdpatch.net
create a configuration file (ttdpatchw -W ttdpatch.cfg)
then edit it and enable win2k option.

I had a similar problem, but found out I was running the DOS version...and
since XP doesn't seem to like DOS anymore, I had to get the Windows version.

Server is down right at this moment but have a nose around

necessary patches already installed.
