I´ve played lots of online manager games:
Hattrick, managerzone, sokker, gamegol, OFM and others
Trophymanager is my favorite. is sort of CM/FM based (1~20, individual effort , etc...)
its free for all users to play (PRO managers doesnt have advantages in the game, just a few add ons)
