I'm new to newsgroups...

Try alt.binaries.dreamcast. That's where people post illegal downloads.
There's also the vast P2P and Torrent network out there. Again, people
trade lots illegally through networks served by P2P's such as
eDonkey/eMule.

First off, yeah, try a binary group.

Secondly, if you just make a request, it's likely to get ignored. If
you post something and request, that's a different story...

If you have nothing to post, you'll just have to wait until someone
posts on their own, or try P2P and torrents.
