Can someone tell me why Delta Force Land Warrior takes around 20-45 mins to
join a network game.

I have 2 computers connected via wireless peer to peer.
I start the the host computer then join with the other but it takes anything
up to 45 mins before it joins a game.

Both computer are running Windows XP Home Ed

Hope someone can help.

TIA
Simon

I can join internet games in about 30-45 seconds

When trying to play a lan game the second computer say's "Loading mission
from server" and thats how it stay's for half an hour sometimes longer when
i looked at the lan connection i see it has sent 5.000 packets and received
5,200 so it's working ok but why so much information got to be sent?

Thanks for helping me i appreciate it.

Yeah, very common, we suffer it too. If you set it up as an internet-host
you can join faster if your router supports it. If not, get DEM and use the
autojoiner to create the proper startup.htm to join locally by IP.
