does anybody know about money trees?

i have planted money trees and they seem to bear fruit only once. here
i thought i was
going to be able to harvest money forever... harvesting fruit is
getting old. it takes soooo long! i am on the verge of getting bored
with it and haven't gotten the biggest house yet - just an upstairs
and a downstairs and a new room off to the side.
picking fruit is beginning to feel like real work! plus it often seems
that i don't have time to play when tom nook's is open. oops! just
realized it's 11 my time and didn't get my fruit picked today (that's a
first!). don't know if the fruit'll be there tomorrow. huh... gonna
have to go mark some trees right now.... dang.

Yes, you only get money once from the money tree, and your get three times
the amount you burried, for example if you bury 10,000 bells you should get
three bags of 10,000 bells.
