I have some humorous conversions in mind, and I need some ~30mm scale
musical instruments and such. Does anyone make those? I'm not
finding anything with web searches. In particular, I need a
microphone, a couple guitars, and some speakers.

I could probably make the microphone myself, and maybe the speakers,
but I don't think I have any hope of sculpting a decent-looking
guitar. Are there perhaps any action figures with musical instruments
that would be small enough? I haven't seen any smaller than
Inquisitor scale, but I'm not too familiar with them.

Reaper does a musical instruments pack. There's a mandolin that
wouldn't take much to convert to a guitar.

Also, there's a Dark Heaven chick with an axe.

You might try EBay for Hard Rock Cafe guitar pins, I'm not sure of their
scale (They may be too big).
Do a search for Rickenbacker first, their basses are the shizznit.

The guitars aren't separate from the bodies, but if you don't mind
doing some serious carving in pewter, then the grateful undead may be
perfect for you.

Possibly you could remove the instruments from Copplestone Castings
"Future Wars" FW 44 "Band on the Run" Figures?
