cant see names below mine and pings of 30

When i play aoe2 on the zone I get into a room...the game
launches...i see the host and i see my name but i cant see
any players below me on the list. i just see pings of 30
for all the player on the list below my name? when the
game launches it has an error and i cant play. any ideas
what i can do to fix this?

Hi Barry,

There might be a firewall at your Internet Service Provider,
installed on your computer, or built into your Router/Modem.
