How to make a server?

Hi - an Happy Newyear

I´m looking for a little help to create a server for me and my little
brother (51)
We haven´t been playing against each other seance the happy "Spear Years"
and I really want to kick the hell out of him again. ;-()

When I try to make a server I get the result " Server disconnectet for
unknown reasons"
My setting are:
Server: gaula
Game type: Last man standing
Max Players: 2
Auto-config. server: no
Dedicater server: no
Password: none
And I have alloowed Punkbuster.

I have no problems joining a game (staying alive is my problem)

XP.sp2 - all updates
Norton Firewall 2002 - all updates
Allowed ET.exe


Can anyone help me??
