I wonder how many from the old days are still around? (If anyone then GL&HF)

I must admit to have been away for 2-3 years or so for all sorts of
reasons but I'm looking to get into UT again.

However UT seems to love my current hardware a lot less than fx.
F.E.A.R. does, so I'm looking for a few pointers.

I'm running UT 4.36 is that still okay or?

I find my self having to set the resolution in the INI-file because it
only allows for like 1280*something if I use the in-game menu. Nothing
new there as I recall but I also find the framerate a lot lower than
expected. Doing a small training game with 4 bots assaulting the beach
only show 15-30 FPS and that's with a X1900 XTX so something must be odd.

What sort of performance should I expect with current hardware?

Kind regards

Bruno aka. [AGUT]Cool.DK

Good to hear from you Bruno,

I've been gone from UT and other FPSs for several years too, but I'm
hoping to play some again. Yeah, 'all sorts of reasons' here too Smile
