Is there any kind of cheat that can change the starter cash.

I'm really stuck into config files I used Read Alert 2 and copied the CD to
my drive then changed the starting cash then copied it onto a CD and it
would not work so much for the research. If you can find any way to solve
this problem please leave a note.

Right the thing I wanted was if I could change the starter Cash for Generals
Zero Hour I tried a companies review and well it says look in Data and
change were it says Starting_Cash then put the amount off cash two things:

1. It did not locate the file Skirmish Stats on the CD or Hard Drive.

2. You cannot change the files on the CD because they are write protected.

If you find out any way for Red Alert 2 or Command & Conquer Generals Zero
Hour or Just C&C Generals.
