IIRC correctly, type in "ROCKETMAN" during gameplay to spawn the
jetpack. This is without the quotes and doesn't have to be in captal
letters.
There is no jetpack for GTA:VC, you'll have to make do with the Hunter
helicopter or the humble Sea Sparrow.

yayaa
i tired that many times but, it hard to control on PC .
also i have problems with flying a heli while playing SA , it is not
going forward only up - down and side ways , i tries all the keys , i
think i need to change default settings .
any idea what would be good key combinations for planes and helis on
PC platform ??

For helicopters, I use W/S for up/down, and NUM-2,4,6,8 for directions. In
the Hunter, I use SPACE for the gun and CTRL for the rockets.
This is comfortable enough for me that I can max out my money in Vigilante
in both VC and SA using the Hunter.
