I just found this apartment complex on MTS:
http://sumomo.modthesims2.com/showthread.php?t=298093

That looks really nice! I've been building several apartments in one
building so far, but something similar will be my next project.

Very nice.

I must say, I'm probably a party pooper on this EP as I was with OFB. I
will very likely never use the apartment concept in my game, especially
after reading that excerpt from the prima guide that was posted
yesterday. I will be buying this EP solely for the build mode changes
(ceilings and spiral staircases -- more things to delete from my
downloads folder! YAY!) and the baby and toddler toys. The whole idea
of apartment complexes and having several families on one lot and
roommates and paying rent and all the rest of it just doesn't appeal to
me at all. And I'm really not looking forward to having new social
groups to have to contend with. The casual groups from NL are far and
away enough for me!

That is nice but, I think too upmarket for my sims. Most are poor.

Best wishes
