Looking for info on Magic the Gathering dice

Back in 98 someone gave me a 10 sided die with a firball(red) mana
symbol in place of the "10" and about a year later someone saw it and
said they had the skull(black) mana symbol die and gave it to me. I
have been trying to get the other three and haven't been able to find
them anywhere. Most people I show them to have never seen them. They
look professionally made but the WotC people I've met said they don't
think their company ever made them. If anyone knows what I am talking
about and has the other three, let me know. Any information on them
like, who made them, how were they available, and if they are willing
to part with theirs would be much appreciated.
