| FALLOUT - German edition - I recently bought The Ultimate Fallout Its in German. Does anybody know of a patch or fix for english. The english and US patches don't actually change the language settings. Cheers Steve

Problems with Walkthroughs - I'm having problems getting through the 1st trial in Fallout 2. I can not seem to get the 2nd door open. I've looked around and taken I could find, but nothing seems to help. I've even found a couple of and they call say the same..

FT2 is running with one problem - Hello, I got FT2 to run on XP with the from NMA, however the sound effects only play for a maximum of five minutes after I load the game, then all that I can hear is the music. Which is to play as the sound..

Hello,
I have a Holo Disk with "Gecko Economic data", and I want to give to to
Counsler McClure of Vault City, but I can't. Neither by selecting the disk
in my inventory or dialog.
I pretty sure I have to give it to him. Anybody knows why I can't give it?

You can pick up items for side quests out of order, but you can't
always use them out of order.
Have you installed the magneto-whatycallit and talked to the ghoul
running the plant in his room off the control room?
If I remember correctly you talk to Harold and he tells you about the
magneto-whatycallit , then you go to VC and McClure (you might be able
to give him the Economic tape now), he sends you to supply for the
part, back to Gecko and install the part (complicated), then talk to
(can't remember his name) in the reactor building, who tells you "we
could make it run more efficiently if we optimized the reactor with
this disk", back to VC and McClure, at this point I'm not sure if you
need to give him the Economic tape or the optimize tape first or if it
matters. However I'm certain you have to fix the reactor first and
talk to several ghouls. Hope that helps, but I just reread it and I'm
not sure I follow my own reasoning.

If you get both parts/supplies forms and use them on the reactor
supply ghoul and then steal one of the plasma control chips from him,
you can get the ghoul who is in the junk yard to modify three of your
weapons for free, by coming back with one of the chips in three
different conversations. |

Heya, ty for the response, but,
I completed all the quest before it ( fixing and optimization
) and talked to the ghouls, but no success.

I guess the economic tape was one way to get McClure to give you
access to the computer to do the optimization, so maybe it no longer
has any use.
