From 0 to hero - Fuck you, Lance

5 tries and I nailed it.

1. Got slowed down by the baddies, lost lance
2. slowed down by cops, lost lance(forgot to take a turn)
3. Blew up by helicopter
4. This one's fun, a cop/civilian roadblock stopped Lance, and I died
from damage
5. nailed it(dodged the cops), with 1 pixel left on the damage meter

I almost was lookin' for a cheat code at this point. I'm glad you don't
have to actually park it in the garage. That would have been hell.

Blowing up/disabling the vehicles at the dock is useless as they will
respawn anyway.

Now I'm onto import/export! Just my dumb luck, I took a deluxo in the
wild while on list 2, and woudln't ya know it, it's on list 3.

I still can't nail that balloon in west island/downtown east part. It's
way high up, beyond Little Willie's service ceiling.

I like to get as much done early on as I can so that on any replays I
don't have to do the tedious stuff like collecting packages (Or
balloons in this case). Finding an Oceanic on the western island was a
bastard. Oddly enough, I nicked a Patriot from Fort Baxter and one
spawned on my way through Little Havana!

Go to the Police HQ in Washington Beach, go up the back entrance and
you'll find a laser-sighted sniper rifle.

There aren't many balloons that gave me trouble, although the one on the
building in Downtown (The huge black building near the Hyman Condo) took
some ingenuity.

On my first playthrough with VCS I used Little Willie quite late on in
the game to find and shoot some of the balloons. I was hoping it would
be quicker than doing them on foot, until I realised that half of them
can't be seen as they're under small ledges!
