please help with arcade game. i cant remember the name

hi to everybody
im definitely getting crazy trying to remember the name of an arcade game i was used to play with when i was child.
i remember all but not this one!
it is a shooter game. there's a starship, but it is on earth.
everything is seen from the top of the scene.
and it is very similar to this one attached.
