Need help with the original C&C 95 Rules.INI

Thanks for the reply. Any idea of the file's name that I can edit? I
would like to change the price of things, How much tiberian a harvester
can haul, unit strength, and fire power. Is there a place that can tell
me how to do these things?

I am running the original C&C 1995 version. Not the Gold. On a Windows
XP.
